The hacker stole the account names and encrypted passwords. Sigh, time to change your online passwords again and enable 2-factor logins.
Since the passwords are encrypted there is a good chance nobody has cracked all of them yet. It looks like a SQL Exploit of someone not filtering out system codes from user forms or the web URLs.
