Apparently, Nature/God makes better storage options in DNA that humans can make in Hard Drives and SSD drives. Will the next hard drives be biological and using DNA to store things on?

What does this mean for the human brain? Will it get an upgrade in DNA? Will we get total recall, and everything else?
